  • When do you sell flowers?

    Our cut flower season generally runs from late April through late September. When we have blooms available early or late, quantities are limited so we let our email subscribers know first.

  • How do I buy flowers?

    Our subscription customers are our top priority, so the best way to ensure you get flowers is to sign up for a subscriptions.

  • What if I don't like my flowers?

    Above all, we want our customers to love the blooms they receive from us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can make it right: hello@blackpetalfarm.com.

  • Do you deliver?

    We deliver within Bozeman city limits for $10. We ask for 48 hours notice.

  • Do you do weddings?

    We do offer a la carte wedding florals such as bouquets and boutonnieres. We do not do full service weddings at this time.

  • Do you sell things besides cut flowers?

    We sell bulbs in the fall, dahlia tubers in the spring, and flower seedlings in the spring/summer. Subscribe to our newsletter to learn when sales are happening.

    We take pride in providing high-quality dahlia tubers and want you to have the best growing experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

    Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect tubers, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the affected tubers or issue a refund.

    Non-Viable Tubers: If a tuber fails to produce an eye, please reach out to us by June 1 with photos. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

    Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of tubers, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

    Conditions for Replacements & Refunds

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

    How to Submit a Claim

    Email us at hello@blackpetalfarm.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

    We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

    If approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
